A tribute to a World Changer
There's no need to write about Star Wars.
As someone once said, "failure has a thousand explanations, success doesn't even need one.
On the other hand, as people like me -10 years old in 1977- grow older, it's becoming more and more of an experience to see how much Star Wars has settled in everyday's life. Star Wars fully deserves a place in a
classic film site list, as does its creator. A real film maker, an Author, a man with a vision.
What strikes me is the amount of flak such a Genius, and World Changer, gets online. Looks like eveybody hates his recent movies, yet moviegoers create mile long queues.
Reminds me the way some people bash Steve Jobs now, and did bash Bill Gates a few years ago.
Now, to make matters clear, I'm not here to advocate any cause. As for the quote at the beginning, GL does not need any advocate. I just want to express my gratitude, and pleasure, for the fond memories, the great emotions, and the impact he had and still has on cinema industry.
Oh, yes,
I actually do love Jar Jar Brinks.
